Email isbatapps@gmail.com. Include the app version, Android version, device model, a concise description, and the steps that led to the issue when relevant.

Support can help with saved recipe or grocery data, link processing, AI recipe results, AI-content reports, anonymous account access, account deletion, Premium entitlement status, purchase restoration, privacy questions, and security concerns.

Anonymous Account ID

Recipe Dost does not use a traditional email login. To locate an anonymous account, support may request the full ID shown at Settings → Profile → Anonymous Account ID. Press and hold the ID to copy it. The ID is non-secret, but it is not enough on its own to authorize account deletion.

AI-content reporting

Open the affected AI recipe card, open its action menu, select Report AI recipe, choose a report category, optionally add a note, and select Submit report. For immediate food-safety concerns, do not rely on the AI output; check an authoritative source or qualified professional.

Subscriptions and purchases

Google Play processes payments and manages subscription cancellation. Use Google Play subscription guidance to manage or cancel a subscription. Uninstalling the app or deleting a Recipe Dost account does not cancel it.

To recover eligible Premium access, select Restore purchases in Recipe Dost Settings or on the paywall while using the Google Play account associated with the purchase. For refunds, review Google Play refund guidance.

What not to send

Do not email passwords, access or refresh tokens, Supabase sessions, API keys, payment-card details, Google Play credentials, identity documents, or complete private recipe links unless support specifically requests a safer limited detail. Never send a private social-platform login or cookie file.
