Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Recipe Dost, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Anonymous account and session

Recipe Dost creates an anonymous Supabase account rather than requiring email-and-password sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device and app session. Clearing app data or uninstalling may make the anonymous account inaccessible. The app does not promise account recovery or transfer between devices.

3. Permitted use and supported links

You may use Recipe Dost for personal recipe organization, grocery planning, and supported AI recipe-card features. Submit only public or otherwise authorized recipe links that you have the right to use. You remain responsible for the links and information you submit and for complying with the source platform’s terms and intellectual-property rights.

Recipe Dost does not grant you ownership of third-party recipes, videos, websites, or other source content. The app does not provide social-video downloads, hosting, or backup.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated recipes can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, offensive, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review ingredients, amounts, cooking temperatures, allergens, dietary restrictions, and food-safety guidance before cooking or serving anything.

Recipe Dost is not medical, nutritional, dietary, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or decisions where an error could cause harm. To report a result, open the AI recipe card, open its action menu, select Report AI recipe, choose a category, optionally add a note, and select Submit report.

5. Prohibited misuse

You must not use Recipe Dost to violate law or others’ rights; submit private or unauthorized content; introduce malware; disrupt or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; bypass usage, security, or purchase controls; access another account; overload the service; or abuse the AI-reporting or support channels.

6. Free access and Premium subscriptions

Recipe Dost may offer a free allowance and optional Premium access. Current prices, billing periods, included access, trials, and renewal details are shown in the app and Google Play purchase flow before purchase. Features and allowances may change prospectively.

Android purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat used to manage entitlement status. Google Play controls payment processing. You can use Restore purchases in Recipe Dost Settings or the paywall when an eligible purchase is associated with the Google Play account.

Uninstalling Recipe Dost or deleting its anonymous account does not cancel a subscription. Use Google Play subscription management guidance to cancel or manage it. Refund eligibility and requests are governed by applicable law and Google Play refund guidance; contact support if the store directs you to the developer.

7. Account deletion and restriction

You may stop using Recipe Dost or permanently delete the anonymous account as described on the Delete Account page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, violations of these Terms, or risks to the service, users, or third parties.

8. Availability and service changes

Recipe Dost depends on networks, source platforms, Supabase, Render, Google Gemini, Google Play, RevenueCat, Sentry, and PostHog. Links can become unavailable, providers can change behavior, and AI requests can fail. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. External links and third-party services

Third-party content and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Isbat Apps does not control their content, availability, payment systems, or independent data handling. Accessing a source link takes you outside Recipe Dost.

10. Ownership

Recipe Dost’s app, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by Isbat Apps or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Recipe Dost or third-party content. You retain rights you already have in information you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recipe Dost is provided “as is” and “as available.” Isbat Apps does not promise that every source will work or every AI result will be complete, accurate, safe, or suitable. You remain responsible for evaluating recipes and using appropriate cooking, allergy, and food-safety precautions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Isbat Apps is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Recipe Dost. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Applicable law

Applicable law continues to govern these Terms and any non-waivable consumer rights. These Terms do not select a court, venue, arbitration process, or governing-law jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when Recipe Dost, its providers, or legal requirements change. The revised page will show a new date, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
